St Nicholas Abbey White is the latest offering from the plantation, the rum being unaged and clear in colour or "see through" as it is affectionately known in Barbados. The rum is 40% volume and unlike our St Nicholas Abbey aged rum, which is more of a sipping rum, St Nicholas Abbey White is perfect for making rum punch and cocktails.

The International Wine and Spirit Competition is a respected competition founded in 1969 with an emphasis on chemical qualities and technical control rather than simply taste. The rum was subjected to a two stage judging process of blind tasting and detailed chemical and microbiological analysis.

St Nicholas Abbey White will be on sale very shortly so check back for further details!
